How to Claim a Knowledge Panel

Hi Everyone,

I seem to be having difficulty claiming a knowledge panel for one of my clients. It is my understanding that by claiming the knowledge panel your "suggested edits" have a little more power as an owner.

When I try to sign I come across this screen: Screenshot
It seems with this email account I have already claimed the knowledge panel though so I can't claim the KP with another email it seems. Is there a way to un-verify?

I was hoping to be able to see a screen like this: Screenshot

Please let me know what I need to do as there is no clear instruction from Google that I could find.
