How to contact google business profile by phone? After submitting a support ticket what is the average wait time they take to reply?

As @Colan Nielsen mentioned to you earlier this year, phone support is not something I have come across anywhere either:

I spoke to them as soon as I attempted to contact them. i was given the choice to speak to them via online chat or for them to call me. I did this by navigating into the help section and at the bottom (or click around) and theres an option "Need more help?" choose 'contact us' and it's within there. I believe its open till 1930 for the UK and possible less hours weekends.

Someone else told me they got chat and phone the other day as well so it might be coming back in a very limited capacity. I haven't been able to trigger it.

@cjk Makes sense as GBP did ring me back(Google mountain view) after submitting a support form within UK working hours. I think it maybe specific times of the day for phone support?

The google phone agent was like a gatekeeper forwarding on my issue to their GBP specialist team. The team resolved the issue with me within 72 hours.

@Andrew Dale wow, whats the secret? I see there is an hours of operation. Did you click on that to find out the hours of operation?

It was done through a Google Workspace account. It appears as though sometimes it will trigger and sometimes it will not. I am still experimenting with what word I submit and the process to see what will trigger it every time.

Hi @Andrew Dale . I would be able interested to know how you get on. I’ll have a go experimenting too. The topic that triggered it for me was GBP verification. I haven’t been able to get to telephone support since.

I have tried to replicate it a few times and am getting very spotty results. It seems like trying to same path doesn't produce the same results each time. Not sure if anyone else can weigh in.
