How to gain back access to my GMB?

hi guys
long story short
I dont know what gmail I used to create this GMB and I don't have access to the phone number anymore (I didnt pay my phone bill and they reassigned my number)
how can I gain back access to my GMB?

Hi Joe John,

The answer to your question would be found right here . You need to request access and fill out a form which is timed(3-7 days). After about a week, you should be able to claim as long as the owner of the listing does not deny you.
