How to get your company to do SEO...

I've worked for my company in data entry for almost 7 years and they aren't currently working on SEO at all. How do I get them interested? I have some background in SEO but it was many years ago. I'm rusty in the new trends but I'd like to get back into the world of SEO. I don't necessarily want to leave this company but I want to get back into seo. Any ideas?
