Does anybody notice this part - knowledge graph not showing FAQ section or Q/A?

Yes, same here. We noticed it last Friday. Q&A's not showing on Desktop Search, Mobile Chrome, Search App,

It is still appearing in Google Maps/Mobile:

Q&A's are also still available from the NMX dashboard.

Unknown as of yet. @rustybrick reported on it for NorthAm yesterday (with a link to this very discussion included). It had been removed in India last fall.
