  • We now have 2 different clients in two different dashboards where they got suspended recently but when you look at the GBP dashboard it says the listing needs to be verified. No mention of suspension IN the dashboard??
  • FOr the one client below, whats even more strange NOBODY appealed this yet it says it was appealed over weekend and denied. You can see the weird response he got which I have never seen before that he may still be able to verify via video. But even when you try that theres no more ways to verify
  • Why wouldnt the status in the dashboard say SUSPENDED?

That's definitely unusual. I've seen cases where Google shows "Needs Verification" instead of "Suspended," even when the profile has effectively been disabled. The denied appeal without anyone submitting one suggests an automated review may have been triggered on Google's end. My guess is this isn't being classified as a standard suspension internally, which is why the dashboard status doesn't match what's actually happening.
