Location Hints on Knowledge Panel

So this is new & interesting... started seeing these "location hints" on knowledge panels yesterday. Google is letting users know how far the business is away from other known businesses/venues/landmarks by displaying the walking distance. The furthest I could get it to trigger was a "3 min walk", and it didn't seem to display on businesses that were located inside of a building.

I'd be interested to know what everyone else sees with these

It looks like these might show up when you're near a place that gets lots of tourists and thus is in the "things to do" section for that city.
