Looking for help with a business that works out of the house

I know of a business that works in two cities about 180 miles apart from each other. The man has a home office only, but he goes to his customers. I know that he is supposed to use his home address and hide his address in Google Places/+ Local and just show his service area. So I have two questions.

Would his citations mostly use his home address even though Google does not?

Given that he is not supposed to use a UPS store mailbox, what does use for an address with the second city where he has no home?
