Looking for social media help for a client

Hi - I have a client who is kickstarting a new card game they are launching, and they need some social media wizardry that is outside my area of focus and expertise. Does anyone have a referral I can pass along for a social media company specializing in helping this small, brand-new game company launch their new game? They have some funding, but they are not in a position to go high-end on this project, so if you're looking for 20k retainers to start it, it probably wouldn't be a good investment in your time.
