Hello,

We've encountered a major issue with our LSA account. We went from receiving 10-15 leads per day to 0 leads and 0 ad impressions over the past week.

We've reached out to LSA support multiple times, and they keep assuring us that our ads are showing fine on their end, suggesting that we're simply being outranked by competitors or no one is searching for our service. However, it doesn’t make sense that being outranked would result in zero ad impressions.

We’ve also tried searching for our business name and services, but we don’t appear anywhere in the service providers list—not even at the very bottom, for any keywords.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
 
Hey Don, many of us working LSAs have definitely experienced this incredibly frustrating situation. (similar issues here)

TL;DR - start in the account, review everything - recent changes, verifications, budget, GBP link, Policy Manager, billing (make sure this CC can handle the weekly budget even if you've never spent it all), ratings (have you recently rated everything or a large majority as "Very dissatisfied" - anecdotal).

Have there been too many missed calls or not charged leads recently?
Are there any issues you can identify as potential culprits - market trends, large advertiser entering the mix, spam attacks...etc.?
Have there been any policy changes in the industry/location?
Has anyone with account access made any changes to budget or locations?

Is it an old account, from 2019 or before? See this post.

If it continues, options are hounding support until you get someone useful, or starting a new account.

One weird thing we've seen in the past was an error in the billing threshold being applied. Google applied a super low daily max spend on an account without notice to anyone, it was basically a bug. Took some wrangling and repeated support communication to get the answer - not admission of fault, but answer.

Thank you for your response.

We have been making location changes regularly for over a year and have never encountered this issue before. Billing is not a problem, as we have two cards set up—one as the primary and one as a backup. Additionally, the attached screenshots show no issues in the Policy Manager.

We are considering opening a new LSA account linked to our existing GBP after deleting the current LSA account. However, we want to ensure that it will work properly.

I have attached several screenshots showing that on Sunday, the 2nd, our ads were displaying, yet we did not receive any calls. However, after Monday, our ads stopped showing entirely.

It seems others have experienced this issue without resolution:

How can we escalate this to Google's top support for a resolution?

And those cards have available funds in case Google decides to ping them? I'm not saying this to question your finances, I'm saying because sometimes (ex: law) weekly budgets could be set to $100K...and Google could ping the card(s) to determine if it's available to support that budget. A reach, and probably not the reason for the impressions drop, but could be. (I have zero data to support this)
