LSA lead that does not book (does not schedule an appointment) - what is best for rankings?

If we receive an LSA lead from a potential caller who does not book, is it better for our ranking to mark as booked or archive? The call is about 1 minute 15 seconds, so not clearly an illegit call. Does Google prefer to see that we are booking every call that comes in, or that we are differentiating between calls that book and calls that do not by archiving those that do not?

I would book it, helps with the booking score too.
