Hi LSF team!

Now that LSAs are becoming more common in the UK, we're getting more demand for them. We're learning as we go, and have hit a few bumps in the road. But, they are an interesting area that we are exploring some more.

Curious, for US-based businesses that have been running them for years, what type of things do you include in your ongoing LSA management fee? It seems there is far less to optimise than in a search campaign, i.e. no keywords, so we'd charge much less... but I can also see that supporting things like challenges, lead stats updates, and budget changes could also be quite time-consuming (if you offer it).

Also, do you offer management at a flat fee typically, or does the fee change based on spend/lead count or something else?

Any experience that you are willing and able to share is very much appreciated :)
We do a flat fee but it's based on how much work we think it will be to manage so it doesn't necessarily scale with spend.
