Maps-Not rankings-Where to go next?

Has anyone noticed their maps positions slipping or new sites being ranked #1 with no reviews?
I feel like I missed something.

I echo Joy's Qs. Plus is it only your site, several in a specific industry or across the board?

I keep seeing it on a clients' sites. We will be #1 for awhile and then the next day a new site with no reviews will take that first position.
I also feel like no matter what I am doing I am not getting my clients to rank in maps like they used to.

So I think it's me.
I was using a "search from" browser and it looks like it is not working.
Does anyone have a good suggestion for a "search from" browser that allows you to see maps beyond the first 3?
