Maps Results only showing 1-7 in list

Advanced apologies if this has already been brought up!

When searching https://www.google.ca/maps/search/brick+repair+toronto from Toronto, and clicking on maps (see results in list view) I'm only seeing results 1-7 and then "Business listings distributed by YellowPages.ca

Why are they only showing 7 (SUPER spammy, already reported) results? There are only 2 results there that arn't commiting MAJOR violations (dupes, keyword stuffing in name, one is a service for contractors that sell jobs to the lowest bidder-PRETENDING to be a brick repair company).
