Missing Google Review Attributes?

Hey guys,

We are working with a client in the junk removal services business. He just pointed out that one of his competitors is getting the "Service" and "Positive" attributes in their Google Reviews (see screen shot), but that his business' Google Reviews do not show them at all. What would be the reason for that? Thanks in advance.

Customers have to actually check the boxes on them when leaving a review. If there is no option for them to do that, it's because you are using a different category.

Have you checked that the services actually show up when attempting to leave a review for your client?

Yes, I've seen tons of listings that have services listed in the reviews.

Oh, I know, I meant to ask @MoneypennyCO if they looked at whether leaving review for the profile that seems to not have services did offer them. After that, making the customers actually use the option, that's a little beyond what's easily solvable.
