Does anyone have a quick guide or can recommend the best process to change an SAB profile to a legitimate physical address (not a home address)
Is it just a matter of adding the physical address to the existing profile?
Will the profile start ranking for the new address or will it be impacted by the the SAB move bug?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

The likelihood of a reverification is extremely high (especially if you're not displaying your original address, which Google sometimes will let you doi without hassle), so make sure you have all documentation needed to prove this new location is legit. If necessary, wait until your signage is ready.

Not at all. Quite the opposite: being able to display an address is in fact the surefire way to get around both the SAB move bug and the SAB punishment bug.

I would imagine there's also a chance that change triggers a suspension. I haven't experienced it, but Google seems pretty trigger happy these days, especially with certain niches.
