My advice on this one is to look a bit more critically at your citations.
I assume you set up the business name as Artisan Dentistry Newburyport, MA because they have a Salem and a Newburyport location, but you need to make sure that the business name is as consistent as possible across all channels.

Variations from that format can cause confusion on Google's end.
I like using the Moz Local tool to find out where some inconsistencies lie

Earlier we were doing Artisian Dentistry then i was told since we have two locations i better change the name to what i have now. I am changing all the citations . . any onsite recommendations ?
