Practioner Listings

If a practitioner changes companies, I'm assuming they should have the ability to take their listing with them. Is this correct?

For example, if the listing is: Allstate | Jane Smith and Jane moves to Liberty Mutual, I'm thinking she would be able to update her listing to Liberty Mutual | Jane Smith. If the company removed her from the listing, would she be able to regain it back?

Looking for clarification before I start working on it. Thanks!

Hi @TriciaClements my experience in these situations is that whoever is the primary owner on the listing has the right to decide how to handle it when the practitioner leaves.

Yikes! I don't believe that's how it's setup. I'll let them know and we'll see if we can get access to it or if she needs to start from scratch. I try not to deal with too many of these practitioner listings, now I know why!
