Quick questions about citations (newbie here)

Hello all,

Recently, I got a few clients that want to rank locally, but I found some problems.
From what I read, the NAPs needs to be exactly the same.. is this really important? For example,The address on website and Google My Business is:
Unit 3G Venture Court
Ackworth Rd,
Portsmouth, RH12 3GZ

Some citations are listed like:
Unit 3G Venture Court
Ackworth Road, RH12 3GZ
Or
Unit 3G Venture Court
Ackworth Rd, RH12 3GZ

Also, some phone numbers are listed with prefix (+44).
Will Google be able to recognize that it is the same phone number?

Is it really needed to update this exactly like they are on Google my business and website?

Also, this client changed the website and did a 301 redirect on the new website,
but the existing citations have the old website listed. When clicking on it, it will redirect to the new website.My question is, It is absolutely necessary to update all the existing citations by adding the new website? (there are quite a lot and it will be time consuming)
