Removal of old GMB

Hi -- I found an old GMB listing for a dental client after googling his name. It has 1 bad review and a bunch of old information. The address is the same as the one for the GMB that we care for. This was from when he was a solo practitioner. I was able to claim ownership of it, but I want to kill it altogether.

From Profile Manager, is the action "REMOVE THIS BUSINESS" and it will be gone? It's not removing me from the listing right?

You can definitely try. Sometimes it does delete the listing, and other times it simply unverified it.
