Review Issue

Pretty certain this one has crossed your desk before....But just wondering what the best course of action is...We have over 25 GBPs that just received the SAME negative review for ALL 25+....I did the quick flag and spam removal for each...Is this the ONLY option?

Did you use this tool to flag the reviews?

I do. I think G has already mitigated this issue. Strangely, even the email confirmation of the removals have disappeared.

Are the reviews removed?

No. Not yet but lord knows I got a flood of like reviews as I mentioned and then began (on-by-one) tagging them for removal (under the spam guideline) and then the strangest thinh happenned....I began getting (never this fact before) emails from Google stating "this review was been removed from your profile..." but none have been removed and all the confirmation emails vanished. I mean REALLY strange.....thoughts?
