Bronze status invitation not received after meeting requirements – where is the issue?

I have been passionately involved in the Google Business Profile community for two months. Shortly after starting, I received an email from the Product Experts Program team stating: "Ingo, you will soon receive Bronze status in Google's Product Experts Program."
However, nothing has happened so far. Last month, I answered 106 questions, 7 of which were recommended. This month, I have answered over 200 questions, with 12 being recommended.
I read that invitations for Bronze status are issued automatically. Now I’m wondering where the issue might lie. Can any of the Product Experts here offer some advice?
