Hi,

My client (a restaurant) got a review where the owner was named and targeted personally, the restaurant was labelled as being satanic and somehow related to 25 children disappearing!

Link to review: https://maps.app.goo.gl/CVoi48jdiAEr6H2g8

The review was initially successfully removed when posted with one account.

But then it reappeared under a different account, so I reported it again but removal was denied. I appealed the decision without other evidence to provide apart from the content of the review itself, and the appeal was also denied...

Can this be escalated for removal please?

A couple of screenshots below.

Thanks,
Nicholas

To confirm, you used Google's "Manage your Google Business reviews" tool to report this review, and then you appealed it, and it got rejected?

Since you have a case ID, you can post this on the GBP community forum and ask a PE to escalate this to Google. To me, the live review seems to violate Google guidelines, so I do not see why they wouldn't remove it. Just make sure to post the Case ID and relevant screenshots in the community post
