Reviews not appearing in Knowledge Panel

I don't see the reviews and star ratings for one of our client's in the knowledge panel.

But I do see them when I scroll down the knowledge panel a bit.

Am I missing something here?

I see the same thing for a local music school. Could be related to Google not showing reviews for schools.
