If you have an SAB with tons of addresses, all of which are virtual offices, is there any issues with him using his employees/contractors' home addresses for some of his locations (vs. all the virtual offices)? This would only be if the employees actually had company stuff at their houses and worked from home. Example: you have a tree trimmer who has several trucks and one of his employees drives and parks the truck in his driveway each day.

Secondly, all his other online references list his virtual office. So is it going to cause data issues if Yelp, Express Update, CitySearch etc all list his virtual offices but his Google Places listing lists his home address (hidden, of course)? Is it recommended that he change the other online listings to match what Google has?

That's a violation of the guidelines in my opinion. That's what Keenan said in the email thread too.

"Businesses that operate in a service area should create one listing for the central office or location and designate service areas."

But I'll PM you an idea that would not be violation.

Thanks Linda :) I had a scenario where there was a tree trimmer and there were 2 owners and they asked me which home address they should use (before they were using a PO box). So we just ended up picking the one in the larger city since there was no clear head office.
