Almost all new Listings my clients make get suspended right away. One of my clients wants to open satellite offices (GBP) in nearby towns but would not be able to provide a utility bill, would a lease suffice, so he would have:

Official business registration- Primary Location address

license-not required for his business, but has Insurance-Primary Location address
lease-satellite office address

In short - no, that’s not going to work. I assume these would be SABs? Even if you somehow get them verified, they’ll almost certainly get flagged later, and reinstating additional locations like these is a nightmare (usually impossible).

When it comes to bills, sometimes you might “get away” with just a lease if it explicitly states that all utilities are included, but you still need strong official documentation tying the business to that address, plus clear visual proof that the business is legitimately operating from that location (at that location).

Since these are additional listings, Google is going to be way stricter. If these aren’t real, functioning locations with their own equipment, staff, and day-to-day operations, it’s going to cause serious issues for the client (and you) down the road.

Quick edit:
Also, since you mentioned in the title that it’s a shared office space - that’s an additional red flag and brings us back to the need for clear visual proof (permanent signage, and a dedicated, private office).
