Can anyone please help me lol. I've been working at an agency dealing with issues like this for 7 years and know all of the rules to follow, but can't get around a Google suspension. Here's what is happening:
The company I work for has a HVAC, plumbing, and electrical business that has been established and has had its own GBP location for 15/20 years. Great. Our company opened a second location in October of 2024 in a city that is within our service area already, but is about 20 minutes or so away from our first location and in a different city. Also, this second location has a showroom that customers can come visit, so we need an active GBP for customers to be able to find us on the map/see our hours of operation/photos/directions and things like that.
This is a legit location that has a sign on the building of our business, as well as a sign on the door. We have utility bills in our name at this address. We have pictures of the location, the showroom, and a video proving that we have the keys to this location and that is is real, and that we have employees working at this building. However, since establishing the location in 2024 and providing all of this proof to Google, Google still keeps suspending our GBP citing that we're being misleading. I keep trying to prove that we're not trying to trick the system or anyone out there, that this is a real showroom that needs to be visible for people to be able to find and come visit us.
The first time I created a GBP for this location, we were suspended and I submitted an appeal, but the appeal was denied and I had no way to try to appeal that denial. So I deleted the profile and created a new one. The new one was verified and existed for a month or two, but is now suspended and again my appeal was denied. Can anyone help me with proving to Google this is an actual second location and not just a spammy trick for SEO? Can anyone help me keep this location alive lol? Please?
