Hello, we are solving the problem of spam reviews on his profile with the client - Tomas Dvoracek - Real estate agent · Janáčkova 333, 666 01 Tišnov, Czechia
on the evening of Wednesday, August 27, from approximately 6 p.m., nine reviews with one star were added to the company profile of the client - Tomáš Dvořáček - real estate expert. I marked all reviews as spam.
The client is a real estate expert who went freelance, previously selling real estate under a competitor's brand. We have reason to suspect that it is former colleagues from competitors who are behind the one-star reviews and thus harm the client. This is the second spam attack - the result is that the rating has dropped to 2.8.
I dealt with this situation with google support under the ID 6-5729000032405
Here was the answer that they do not violate the rules of reviews.
is nine one star reviews in one night really ok?
Thanks for all the help from the community
