Suspended GBP after Video Verification

Hi Guys,

I need your help. I initially created a Google Business Profile (GBP), but Google requested video verification. Since this is a newly started business, I was unable to provide sufficient information during the video call and decided to ignore it. Instead, I set up a new profile, which was approved through phone verification. However, two days later, it was suspended. When I submitted my business registration documents to request reinstatement, the request was denied. I then asked an expert to contact Google via email, and I’ve been waiting for a response for the past five days. What are the chances of receiving a positive outcome?

Base video verification has a high rate of reverifications. Try to get a live call verification if you can, at our agency we find those are less likely to lead to a deverification. Take it with a grain of salt, though, as we happen to have basically no clients in high-suspicion verticals like garage door repairs.

If you contacted Google about this through anything other than this form you will not likely hear back. I would only fill out that form if you have sufficient evidence to pass video verification, including a video of your location proving you exist there. Based on your original comment of not having enough evidence to pass video verification, you're likely going to run into the same issue here.
