So saw something new today. We were claiming a SAB listing for one of our clients and when we got to the verification screen, video verification was listed as an option in addition to the usual PC method.
It looks like it automatically checks to see if anyone is available to connect to and then you just click connect. We didn't proceed with it and just ordered the PC as we couldn't video verify with this client anyway, but it's interesting to see that pop up on there by default now. Didn't know if anyone else had seen this yet or if was something brand new.
