'Were these results satisfactory' survey from Google when searching

Looks like Google's doing some surveys on search results in the Local space:

Yes we have seen these on and off for the last month or so. I wonder what the end goal is for this feedback. Have you provided feedback, Priya?

I meant to, but wanted to finish the audit I was doing before filling in the survey.

Then when I tried the search again, the survey didn't come up so no opportunity. Will do it the next time and report back on what happens!

I saw it again today. Not logged in to any Google account I clicked "Very Satisfied" and the response was "Thank you for your feedback." I wonder if it varies based on the response.
