I would like to know forum idea on URL structure.

If you have a local business provides service in different cities how do you implement the SILO?

- for example if it is a plumbing service and you provide service in Los Angeles, will you go with

www.domain.com/state/city/plumbing service

www.domain.com/locations/plumber/city

www.domain.com/city/plumbing service

www.domain.com/plumber-area/

which one is the best practice? and why?

This is what I would recommend like so url.com/topic-seattle-wa. If you have service multiple areas without a business location then I would do like so.
url.com/topic-wa.

To appease the internet dictator (Google) I would keep it like this www.joesplumbing.com/areas-we-serve/city/

or instead of areas-we-serve you could use service-areas
