You can retrieve it in bulk through the Google Business Profile API. It seems to be a unique ID solely used for the review URL.

Hate to necropost but I've been investigating this exact issue for my company. Do you know what API function is used to call this data?

You should use the accounts.locations.list for fetching the data for all the locations within the Google account, or locations.get to fetch data about a specific location. The endpoint you referenced is deprecated and (I think) it no longer works.
