Why do removal services in the UK not show stars / reviews?

Hi so I am in the UK and I don't understand why Removal services in the UK (this is movers in the USA) don't show businesses reviews. Moving companies in the USA do.

Would anyone have an answer to this?

So I guess 2 questions for removal companies in the UK - why no stars / reviews on show like plumbers do and why no thumbnail pics like plumbers do too?
