My client has a NAP anomaly highlighted on BrightLocal. It is with Yell. Does this calltracking number harm their local SEO? I can see how it would as the NAP is inconsistent but surely companies like Yell would know this and do something about that? Am I being daft?

It could potentially cause some harm.

Add the tracking number as an "additional" phone number inside GMB and you should be fine.

See if Yell offers Dynamic Number Insertion. That way you could have many call tracking numbers on the website but the crawlers only see the phone number you choose.
