1 Acct 4 GBP Suspended

I have a customer that had Account Suspended last August. gmail and Youtube reinstated but 4 GBP still suspended. I went in last week and it said I had to verify. I rounded up the documents for verification and now it says No Info Found. The tool has no moderated content. I try to check status and it always takes me back to No Info Found. The tool has no moderated content. How do I get out of this? All the profiles still appear in search but I cannot change them.

Or is this the tool you are getting the "No Info Found. The tool has no moderated content." error on?

Either way I would likely contact support if the above is not working.
