2 LSA accounts for 2 different service groups - from one Business/GMB

Can a local business have 2 separate Local Service Ads accounts if they have one location but 2 quite distinct sets of services (in my case a client with Tree services and Property services with the latter falling under a different service category to trees potentially)?

You are technically only supposed to have 1 LSA account per Google Business Profile (GBP) but as of now, it is still possible to create multiple LSA accounts per GBP listing.

You could also set up separate LSA accounts without a GBP and just get LSA reviews on them to get those accounts to go live.

So yes, go ahead and set up 2 different accounts but make sure the two accounts don't have the same job types and service areas listed (Local Services platform policies).
