Acceptable Proof of Address

I have a couple of new locations where postcard refuses to arrive.

I began the process of contacting support and am asked to provide proof of address (screenshot attached).

These are new offices and signage will take us a while.

Will a lease agreement be acceptable proof of address or is signage a must?

If you don't have signage yet, upload photos or videos of the storefront and office anyway and explain that signage is coming.
