Hi All,
One of my clients had a customer of theirs post a great review to their GBP, complete with pictures; however, this was over 2 weeks ago and the review is not showing. I understand that it may be filtered for some reason. Is it best to address this issue by contacting Google Support and report it? If so, does anyone know the best way to contact Google Support I.e. Email, FB, Twitter or phone with the contact details? I have a screenshot of the review.

If your client can ask the person for a screenshot of the review and show the reviewers name, you can ask for help in the forum
