GBP listing dropped all reviews after reverification.

I have a member of our automotive group whose listing was marked as a duplicate. They reverified the listing, but in the process lost all of their reviews, these were reviews that were gathered within Google's guidelines and over a number of years. I have added Places Scout reports to show that this happened between 7/19/22 and 7/20/22. We are trying to get these reviews reinstated and the duplicate business listings merged.

@Mike Yem, if you have the CID of the original GMB page, and if the listings are true duplicates (i.e. same address), you should be able to get the reviews exhumed and moved to the newer GMB page just by contacting Google and providing the need-to-know info.
