This certainly isn't a new issue but I thought I would highlight it as Geo-sitemap Generator is still listing the old information.
For just under a year, GWT (Google Webmaster Tools) doesn't support "uploading you Geo Sitemap"

However, throughout the process on Geositemap generator, they still recommend uploading through GWT.

Anyway, this has been the case for a while but just thought it was worth mentioning as they (Geositemap Generator) still recommend uploading to GWT, even though it's not supported.
