Google business profile has been disabled...Need help

Hi SEO family,

A Google business profile for a local landscaper in Austin texas has been disabled. I have looked at the listing and there is nothing wrong with it and
I have already submitted the reinstatement form and have also sent them a follow-up contact email. It's been a week and I'm desperate. This is a local landscaper who is a very small company and this can severely damage it. Can anyone help? I really think it's ridiculous and just shocking how this is taking so long. @JoyHawkins any chance you can bring this up to a Google rep?

Unfortunately, reinstatements are taking 2+ weeks right now. There isn't anything I can do to speed that up as we are experiencing it as well.
