Google is testing links upon title in SERP

Anyone is seeing the update in Google SERP? URL is appearing upon the title, I think it is in testing mode.

Can you try it in an incognito browser and turn off all your Chrome extensions to make sure it's not an extension that's doing this?

I have also seen this SERP view several times. It’s not an extension.

Google has been testing that for a while now, it is on and off. It is not rolled out yet.
