Google Q & A NOT on listings

Hi everyone

So this is a new one. We wanted to place some FAQ's using Google Q & A feature on the GMB listings. Only thing is when we went to do it--there is nowhere on the listings to "Ask a Question" via a browser on a PC or laptop. The only way the option shows up is using chrome via mobile. So strange.

Anyone know why the option to "Ask a Question" arent on our listings? THe only thing there is "Answer Quick Questions"

Thanks Joy. Looking for it via a non branded search(like article said) I was able to get the option to appear! Very strange because viewing directly from GMB dashboard or branded search option isnt there.
