What are the rules for Google reviews excerpts to appear in local listing panel?
I've seen businesses with as few as 4 reviews displaying review excerpts and listings with more reviews not displaying any excerpts all of which have written content and not just star ratings.
Thanks

@nicoco, the criteria seem squishy, as you've seen, but the deciding factors seem to be:

1. Number of reviews. Generally, the more reviews you've got, the more likely some will be excerpted.

2. Level of detail and specificity. Soundbites help. A review is less likely to get excerpted if it's a one-liner that doesn't contain any crunchy nouns.

3. Age. It seems to take a while (more than a few days, and probably more like weeks) for reviews to be excerpted. They need to sit.
