Google Video Verification Best Practices

Hey guys, we have a client whom Google is requiring to go through a video verification call for their Google My Business.

This is the first time we have had to coordinate this process with a client.

Would some of you have experience doing this and some practical advice on the best way to successfully handle?

I would just make sure they have stuff handy that Google will need to confirm their business is real. Anything they use in the real-world with their job along with copies of licenses etc.
