Someone is purchasing a 2-story building (old house turned into commercial space).
The person purchasing the building is going to have their business occupy the first floor.
They are looking for a tenant to rent out the second floor.
When the purchaser and his business move in, should they associate a suite with their business address for the first floor right away since there is the intention of a tenant moving into the second floor?
Or since they own the building, should they keep the primary address (without a suite number) and have the tenant on the second floor use a suite number?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I'm trying to get a good foundation from the get-go. Thanks Local Search Forum!
