Issue with phone call verification

Hi All,

I am currently struggling to verify our GMB profiles. The only verification method that we have been given is via phone call. So, whenever we input the code, the profiles automatically get suspended. When reaching out to the Google support team, there is no explanation as to why we were suspended. Are there any other ways we could sort this out?
