Merging 2 business profiles and all reviews

Hello,

We accidentally created 2 listings for our business. We just opened in the past couple months. Both listings are live & verified. Customers have been leaving reviews on both listings, so we are hoping we can combine the two listings without losing any of our reviews. Can someone help us with this?

You have to contact support for this: Sign in - Google Accounts

They'll probably ask you to delete one of the listings from your account before they can merge it. As long as it's clearly the same business (the business info matches) it should be no problem. Just pick the profile that you want to keep for sure, cuz you never know.

btw, you also have two Yelp listings, you should clean that up, too. The unclaimed one has a lot more reviews.

Thanks for your response Tony. Are you saying that when they merge the two listings, we will get to keep all of our reviews from both listings? Because that's really our main concern. Being a new business we've worked so hard to build our reviews we don't want to lose any of them! Appreciate your suggestion with Yelp too. We'll work on that next.

Well, they should be able to move all your reviews. But like I said, you never know so keep the listing you want the most, and name the other one as a duplicate.
