There used to be an option to connect a brand page with a local listing in the settings, however this seems to have disappeared as Google has separated Google+ and Google My Business. Is there any way to still do this in order to combine the social posts/YouTube channel of the brand page and the reviews and location authority of the local listing?

Waiting to hear back from support but hoping maybe someone in here has a quicker answer.

No, I have a Google+ Brand page (not connected to GMB local) and I also have a GMB local page (that has a default G+ page). I want to merge the two. You used to be able to merge the brand+local pages but can't seem to find that setting anymore.

G+ and GMB are two separate, disconnected (largely) entities now.

G+ pages (typically called brand pages) are about social interaction, GMB about business info.

The two no longer merge.

Hello,

There used to be an option through Google Takeout. However, this does not apply anymore.

Are you sure this cannot be fixed? It can be a disaster for many businesses.

I see all the time duplicate G+ profiles.
One brand page (pre-GMB) with many followers, photos and posts and one created after GMB verification which has nothing to show. What should these people do?
